Condolence: I've been a fan and reader of "Reason" since the mid-90s when it was offered free on Delta Shuttle flights from Boston to New York. I still remember Virginia Postrel's article on how Vietnamese immigrants transformed the business of doing women's nails, and what that said about how innovation really works.
