Sheila Joyce (McCready) Clark, a longtime resident of Lowell and Nashua, New Hampshire, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Fairhaven Nursing Home in Lowell after a period of declining health.
She was born in Lowell on June 6, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Douglas W. and Dorothy L. (Asselin) McCready.
Sheila was a graduate of Lowell High School with the class of 1962. She worked for many years as a waitress for T-Bones Great American Eatery. Although work was important to Sheila, her passion was for her family.
Sheila was a loving mother and is survived by her children; Melissa L. (Clark) DeVincentiis and her husband Giuseppe of Italy, Rebecca C. Klingebiel and her husband Jesse of Kent, CT, Craig J. Clark of Hudson, NH, and Jennifer J. Meyer and her husband Nick of Australia, and seven grandchildren; Melanie and Natalie DeVincentiis, Emily, Stella, and Lydia Klingebiel, and Imogen and Owen Jacob. She also leaves behind a sister, Gloria J. Murray and her husband Larry, C.J. Clark of Hudson and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. Sheila was predeceased by her brother Robert W. McCready. Besides family, Sheila has many friends that will miss her dearly.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 12th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen Street, Chelmsford, Ma. The Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, March 25th, 2019 at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Lowell, Ma.
