Obituary for Richard J. Martin
Richard J. Martin, age 73, a longtime resident of Westford, Ma, died peacefully on September 26, 2022.
He was born in Lowell, Ma on January 3, 1949. He was the son of Julian and Mary (Casey) Martin.
Rick leaves a loving wife, Judy A. (Tucker) Martin, with whom they recently celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary . They both enjoyed traveling to Florida for winter vacations and working in their vegetable garden during the summer.
Rick spent the bulk of his years as an established pressman for several companies in the area. Then he worked as a custodian for the Westford School System. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and belonged to the Stony Brook Rod and Gun Club, where he established many friendships over the years.
Rick also leaves a sister Julie Maguire, a niece Colleen Maguire both from Dunedin Florida, and many cousins. He also leaves a father-in-law, Charles Tucker, a sister-in-law Janice Psoinos and her husband Daniel and their two children Michael and Katie Psoinos. Rick will be missed by all his buddies.
Keeping with Rick's wishes, there will be private arrangements.
