Obituary for Meghan Gerri Fahey
Meghan G. Fahey, a resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was 37 years old.
Born in Stoughton, MA, on December 7, 1981, Meghan was the cherished daughter of James A. and Kathy A. (Crovo) Fahey of Nashua, NH.
Meghan grew up on Long Island before moving to Lowell. She loved her family dearly and was very devoted to them.
In addition to her parents, Meghan is survived by her partner, Kyle Hamilton and her beloved son, Brody Fahey-Hamilton both of Lowell, her sister Caitlyn Fahey-Pearl and her husband Joshua Pearl of Nashua, her grandmother Betty Fahey of Chelmsford, her nieces and nephews; Aidan, Emma, Mason and Lucas Pearl, and many loving family members and friends who will miss Meghan dearly. Sadly, Meghan was predeceased by her beautiful daughter, Elle Fahey-Hamilton in 2017.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 pm at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 9 o'clock at St. John the Evangelist Parish, 115 Middlesex St., North Chelmsford.

Interment will be held privately.
