Grace M. Caso, age 70, a longtime resident of Chelmsford, passed away peacefully at High Pointe House, Haverhill, on Friday, May 13, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Grace was born in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania on May 1, 1952 and was the daughter of the late Thaddeus and Mary (Bechtel) Chmielewski.
Grace worked for the Internal Revenue Service for 22 years and cherished her friends that she met there. When not working, Grace loved to shop, attend craft fairs and spend time with her family and friends. She was the most selfless, caring person and everyone loved to be around her.
Grace is survived by her three children: Robert Caso and his wife Tabatha, of Hermon, ME, Diane Caso and her partner Grayson O’Brien, of Chelmsford, Matthew Caso and his wife Emily of Chelmsford.
The absolute light of her life was her three grandchildren: Dominic Caso, Olivia Palermo and Evelyn Caso whom she cherished more than anything else in this world.
Grace is predeceased by her two sisters, Dorothy A. Chmielewski and Alice M. Rock.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, May 19th from 5pm to 7pm at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11am at St. Mary Parish, 25 North Rd., Chelmsford. Kindly meet at church. Interment will be held privately.
