Obituary for Charles "Charlie" Carmillo
Charles “Charlie” Carmillo, 13, of Chelmsford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2020. He was the beloved son of Paul and Amie (Dergay) Carmillo.
He was born in Newton, MA on October 18, 2006. Charlie attended South Row Elementary School in Chelmsford and recently completed the seventh grade at the McCarthy Middle School. He was a member of the Chelmsford Boy Scout Troop #75. Charlie had a passion for basketball. He loved playing with his siblings and being silly. He was an easygoing person and made no demands on others. Charlie was a bright student; gentle hearted, and loved to make people laugh. His family and friends will dearly miss him.
In addition to his parents, Charlie is survived by his siblings: Nicholas, Olivia, and Vivian Carmillo, his maternal grandmother, Mary Dergay of Chelmsford and his maternal Uncle James Dergay of Chelmsford.
Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
