Obituary

Catherine A. (Earle) Ebbs, age 61, a resident of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 26, 2020 at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus, Lowell, surrounded by her loving family. She is the beloved wife of Larry E. Ebbs with whom she shared 21 years of marriage.

She was born on January 24, 1959 in Boston, MA and was the daughter of Rose (Buonomo) Earle of Somerville, MA and the late George Earle.

Cathy was raised in Somerville and was a graduate of Somerville High School. She then went on to earn her Associates Degree in Nursing from Northeastern University. After graduation, she spent several years in nursing at Mt. Auburn Hospital, Cambridge. Cathy then was a stay at home mom, raising her three sons, before pursuing a career in real estate in the Reading area. She then worked in the customer service field for a variety of companies. She had a talent for making clothes, crocheting, and interior design. Cathy loved the outdoors in the sun, especially the beach. She took great pride in her container gardens, growing vegetables, herbs and spices. She was a free spirit who inspired all around her to be spontaneous and live life to the fullest. Most of all Cathy cherished the time she spent with her family and friends.

In addition to her loving husband and her mother, Cathy leaves her sons; Brian Dellaterra and his wife Cara of Chelmsford, Leonard Constantino and his wife Jeanine of Lynn, and Steven Constantino of Lowell, her grandchildren; Maclan and Mason Dellaterra; her siblings; Joyce Brawley of Palatka, FL, Barbara Ellsworth of Stoneham, Donna Johnsen of Brockton, Joey Earle and his wife Betty of Billerica, Teddy Earle of Somerville, Dorothy Cameron of Rochester, NY, and John Earle and his wife Holly of South Boston. Cathy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
