Obituary

Barbara H. (Todd) Siebert, a lontime Chelmsford resident, passed away at her home on Monday, December 10, 2018.

She was born in Quincy on October 4, 1926 and was a daughter of the late David and Rose Todd.

Barbara had a creative and artistic soul. She followed her passion by opening Barbara's School of Dance in Chelmsford which she owned and operated for 40 years. Known as "Miss Barbara" to her students, she inspired a love of music and dance in generations of children and adults.

Barbara will be greatly missed by her daughter, Davene Ceranna and her husband Gordon Kaplan of IL, two grandchildren; Craig M. Ceranna and his wife Christina and Nicole L. Ceranna, her blended family; Nicholas and Val Kaplan and Shana and Alex Beach, and seven great-grandchildren in a wonderful blended family she cherished.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at the Blake Chelmsford Funeral Home, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to The Arthritis Foundation, www.arthritis.org. Funeral Services and interment will be private.

Barbara was a great lady. We enjoyed all her visits and stories.
We never called before 4:00pm as we were knew her evenings were spent sitting under the moonlight, watching the stars.
She will be missed, but not forgotten.

Miss Barbara was such an intregal part of both mine and my children's lives. We all loved her, now she's dancing with Cyndi again!
