Obituary for Alyce P. Carlson (Morin)
Alyce P. Carlson, a longtime resident of Chelmsford, passed away peacefully at Life Care Center of Nashoba Valley in Littleton on Thursday, February 23, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was the former wife of Raymond Carlson.
She was born in Lawrence on July 9, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Eli and Clara (Heginbotham) Morin.
Alyce graduated from High School and continued her education at the University of New Hampshire where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. Alyce started her career as an Art teacher in the Chelmsford school system, then transitioned to a career as a Real Estate broker until her retirement. After her retirement from Real Estate she worked part time at the MacKay Library in North Chelmsford. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, but most of all with her grandchildren.
Alyce is survived by her children, Gregory Carlson and his wife Carla of Windham, NH and Elizabeth Eaglestone and her husband Norman of SC; five grandchildren; and her brother, Tom Morin and his wife Judy of FL.
Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately.
