Obituary for James J. Logan

James J.  Logan
James J. Logan, 64, of Nashua NH, and former Chelmsford resident, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 28th. He was the husband of Dianne E. Logan.

He was born in Medford on May 11, 1954 and was a son of the late James J. and Elizabeth A. (Morgan) Logan.

Jim was raised in Chelmsford and was a 1972 graduate of Chelmsford High School. He was employed as Operations Manager at ABF Freight for more than 30 years. Jim volunteered his time fundraising for Nashua school events including golf tournaments and other team sports. Jim took great pride in his gardening skills.

In addition to his wife, Jim is survived by his sons; Jonathan Logan and his wife Elizabeth of Londonderry and Benjamin Logan of Nashua, and two grandchildren; Carter and Callie Logan of Londonderry. He also leave three brothers; Paul Logan and his wife Janet, Bill Logan and his wife Kate, and Bob Logan and his wife Kim, all of MA, his sister-in-law Linda Davis of Chelmsford and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 9 to 11 am at the BLAKE CHELMSFORD FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., CHELMSFORD. His Funeral Service will begin at 11 o'clock in the Funeral Home followed by interment in Pine Ridge Cemetery, CHELMSFORD. Funeral Director Paul A.
